Major membrane manufacturers have provided Vertex Hydropore with proprietary Computer Aided Design software in order to validate all proposed membrane array designs.

Vertex Hydropore made the decision to manufacture in Australia, in order to merge optimum technologies from different component suppliers. We provide customised Systems based on production models that ensure continuity of spare parts. Membrane housings are heavy gauge 316 SS not 304SS or limited life PVC. Frames are stainless steel rather than painted steel that can chip or crack. Pumps and other hydraulic components are procured from manufacturers with major Australian and International representation.

A number of systems have been developed specifically for the Analytical Laboratory market. They produce various Grades of water that comply with the British Standard Specification For Laboratory Use BS 3978:1987. When correctly installed and maintained some of these systems can produce Grade1 water that is suitable for the most demanding Analytical Instrument applications such as HPLC, GLC, AAS and ICP.
